Tiffany holds a Master of Business Administration degree from American InterContinental University Atlanta. Her background reflects her ability to engage and educate staff in the effective utilization of new systems to facilitate successful business efforts. For the last seven years she has worked at Allstate Insurance as a Curriculum Analyst and Trainer. She is highly skilled in conducting needs analysis and developing custom curriculum solutions and assessment tools that meet company objectives. At Allstate, Tiffany’s responsibilities include developing and implementing data analyses, interpreting data, and analyzing results using learning analytics to identify inefficiencies, then applying her knowledge of learning and development concepts to build tools and models to predict agent intern/student achievement. Alexandria Academy Institute will leverage Tiffany’s knowledge of data and learning analysis to enable our organization to anticipate problems and make critical business decisions and modifications that support development and delivery of real-time adaptive and truly personalized curriculum and teacher support.
