Dr. Jacqueline Warrior earned her Masters degree at Northeastern State University and a PhD in clinical psychology from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Warrior served as the Indian River County NAACP Education Chairperson where she was the driving force in efforts to compel Indian River County School District to abide by the 1967 desegregation order.
